A&E Solutions Consultants and the Danish Meat Trade College which is part of ZBC, joint forces in the field of specialized trainings for the meat and bakery industry. The Danish Meat Trade College is a training center, founded in 1964 by the Danish slaughter houses, which considered human resources to be of paramount importance for the future expansion of the sector. Today the Danish Meat Trade College is part of ZBC and has developed into a modern educational institution, covering many vocational and business school educations. The training facilities consist of :
  • Full scale training kitchens
  • Bread and pastry bakery facilities
  • Training restaurant
  • Training cafes
  • 4,000 m2 full scale pig slaughtering and deboning facilities.Meat processing facilities for sausages, smoked and cured products
  • Retail shop butchers and big food shop used for training
