Andreas Pouros is a holder of an NCA in Agriculture from Sparsholt College, ANCA in Pig Unit Management from Bishop Burton College, an HND in Food Industry Management from Salford University, a BSc in Food Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MSc in Meat Science and Technology from the University of Bristol. As an individual who always strives for more, he continued his practical studies for 3 months at ZBC College in Denmark at Roskilde, were he had more hands-on experience with deboning and processing pork carcasses. He worked for many years in various positions in the meat industry in the UK and in Cyprus and then as a food safety and quality systems consultant providing expert advices to a number of companies in Cyprus and abroad in the fields of Food Safety and Quality Management. He is also providing specialise consulting services in the meat industry such as animal welfare, meat hygiene, meat quality, meat technology etc. He is a Managing Partner at A&E Solutions Consultants and from 2015 as Managing Partner / Operations Manager where he is involved with providing specialised consulting and training services mainly for the meat industry. As an Operations Manager he is responsible for the production and trading division of the company with the trading names Artima Food Ingredients and Hungry Labels. He is an approved trainer by the Human Resource Development Authority and also an approved Animal welfare trainer from the Cypriot Veterinary Services and member of the Cyprus Association of Food Science and Technologists.
Efstathios Nicolaou is a holder of BSc in Food Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MSc in Food Economics and Marketing from the University of Reading. He worked for many years as a food safety and quality systems consultant providing expert advices to a number of companies in Cyprus and abroad in the fields of Food Safety and Quality Management. As an individual who always strives for more, he continued his studies and in 2014 graduated from CIIM with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) while working as the Quality Control Manager in one of the largest beverage producers in Cyprus. He joined A&E Solutions Consultants in 2015 as Managing Partner / Consulting Director where he has the responsibility of overseeing the consulting division of the company. He is an approved trainer by the Human Resource Development Authority and he is a Fellow member of the Institute of Food Science and Technologists (UK) and member of the Cyprus Association of Food Science and Technologists. Efstathios he is also a holder of the title of Charter Scientist and Research Sensory Scientist by the Institute of Food Science and Technology.
Ioanna Ioannidou is a holder of BSc in Food Technology from the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly and an MSc in Occupational Health and Safety from the European University of Cyprus (IOSH accredited). Since 2015, she is working as a Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety Consultant providing consulting services in a wide range of small to large organizations. Ioanna joined A&E Solutions Consultant consulting team in 2017 undertaking a wide range of projects with an emphasis on food safety and occupational health and safety with superb project management skills always offering outstanding professional advice to clients.
Ioanna is an approved trainer by the Human Resources Development Authority and an Approved Person (EΞΥΠΠ) by the Department of Labour Inspection. She is an active member of the Cyprus Health and Safety Association since 2016 and as a First Aider in Red Cross Cyprus.
